Business history
GE Life Sciences included a Biopharma business providing technologies for biopharmaceutical development and production.
Danaher completed its acquisition on March 31, 2020, and named the business Cytiva. This was not a sale of all GE Healthcare: pharmaceutical diagnostics, including imaging contrast media, remained with GE’s healthcare business.
